Bajaj Freedom 125 to be available across 77 towns by the 77th Indian Independence Day

Pune: Bajaj Auto Ltd., the world’s most valuable two-wheeler and three-wheeler company, launched Freedom 125, the world’s first CNG motorcycle, in July to an overwhelming response globally.

With more than 30,000+ inquiries pouring in within the first week of its launch, Bajaj Auto Ltd. decided to accelerate its plans for a broader, nationwide launch. The company will be rolling out the Freedom 125 in 77 towns before 15th August; the 77th year when India secured its own freedom and carved its own destiny as a free country. This rapid, large-scale expansion comes after overwhelming customer response and sales inquiries within a few weeks of the launch of Bajaj Freedom 125.

A Feature-Rich, Safe Ride that’s Easy on the Pocket

The Bajaj Freedom 125 offers consumers up to 50% lower operating costs compared to similar petrol motorcycles. Its advanced safety features include an integrated CNG tank within a trellis frame, providing over 200 km on 2 kg of CNG, and a 2-litre petrol tank extending the total range to 330 km. The Freedom 125 features mono-linked suspensions, a long-quilted seat, LED headlamps, digital speedometers, and Bluetooth connectivity. The CNG tank and kit are securely housed and rigorously tested for safety.

Speaking about the wider launch of Freedom 125, Sarang Kanade, President Motorcycles, Bajaj Auto Ltd., shared, “The launch of Freedom 125, the world’s first CNG motorcycle, has ignited an unprecedented interest across India. We’re humbled by this overwhelming response and are committed to making Freedom 125 accessible to as many Indians as possible.
