SANY’s electric forklift truck family welcomed a new member as the 35-ton electric forklift truck SCPE350 was officially launched in SANY’s Zhuhai Industrial Park, which is home to SANY’s port machinery manufacturing.
Heavy load but energy-saving
As the electric forklift truck with the heaviest rated capacity SANY currently launched, its performance is not discounted at all. The 35-ton truck possesses a full-loaded running speed of 28 km/h, an empty-loaded lifting speed of 350 mm/s, and its response time is less than 400 ms.
Despite its impressive load and fast speed, the SCPE350 remains remarkably energy-saving. With only 2.5 kWh of electricity, it can complete the work that the same level of fuel forklift truck should consume one litre of oil. That is to say, based on an annual working hour of 2,000 hours, a SCPE350 can save up to 200,000 yuan (28,571 USD) in cost a year.
Fast charge and smart operation
Featuring an upgraded 750 V double-gun charging system, the SCPE350 charges twice as fast as conventional models, fully charging in just 1.5 hours, enabling up to 10 hours of continuous operation.
Equipped with a smart client system and a large HD screen, operators can monitor real-time equipment running track and data. At the same time, the faulty auto-diagnosis system can identify troubles promptly and support historical fault queries, ensuring worry-free maintenance.
The first-class configuration provides a full sense of safety
In terms of software, the SCPE350 is equipped with a dynamic anti-tipping system, automatic fire extinguishing system, and high voltage isolation system. In terms of hardware, parts of internationally renowned brands and upgraded structures prolonged service life to over 30 thousand hours. Multiple times of rigorous platform stability tests and cab smash tests, complemented by a 360-degree panoramic camera system further enhance operational safety. What’s more, the truck is also outfitted with SANY’s self-developed cab, in which operators can adjust the cab forward to obtain a 50% wider field of view.
