Entering the real estate sector was a natural progression rooted in my family’s deep legacy of shaping Pune’s urban landscape. My grandfather, Mr. H.K. Oswal, laid the foundation for Kumar Properties in 1966. His visionary approach established benchmarks in trust, quality, and innovation, and this legacy has been a source of inspiration for me.

Under my father and uncles leadership, Kumar Properties evolved by embracing market trends while staying true to our core values. This approach motivated me to establish Kumar Lifespaces, a brand that represents the convergence of tradition and modernity.
