Mangalore: Esyasoft Technologies Pvt Ltd (Esyasoft), a global leader in energy transition, has launched a state-of-the-art Learning & Development Capability Centre in Mangalore, opening opportunities for training and employment for young professionals in advanced and cutting-edge technologies. The world class centre is dedicated to powering India’s clean energy talent pipeline and help meet the country’s renewable energy and decarbonization targets covered under the National Electric Mobility Mission and National Solar Mission.
The Esyasoft Learning & Development Capability Centre was inaugurated in the presence of Shri. Umanatha A. Kotian, Hon’ble Member of Karnataka Legislative Assembly- Moodabidri, Shri. Padmaraj R Poojary, Advocate and Founder of Guru Beladingalu Foundation Trust -Koshadhikari Kudroli Gokarnatheshwara Mangalore, Shri. Bipin Chandra, Founder & CEO of the company and other dignitaries at Bajpe, Mangalore. The facility integrates AI, IoT, Smart Grids, EV, Climate Infrastructure and Energy Management Systems and provides hands-on exposure to existing global projects in renewables, utility digitalisation, and energy infrastructure.
The Centre’s mandate is to build future-ready talent for India’s energy and utilities sector and serve as a global centre of excellence. Spread across an impressive 50,000+ sq.ft area, the facility is designed to create a vibrant ecosystem for practical learning, industry collaboration, and professional growth. The Centre will feature dedicated training classrooms, fully equipped labs and workshops. To create a truly holistic learning environment, the Centre will offer comprehensive amenities that go beyond technical training including a modern residential facility.

The Centre can train up to hundreds of professionals at one time and training is for a period of 3-4 months and also serves as an Artificial Intelligence Global Delivery Center for the group.
The Centre covers foundational tech training, domain and product training, company’s orientation culture, and necessary soft skills preparing them for impactful roles in critical energy transition infrastructure across India and international markets.
The trainees are competitively selected from Tier1 institutes including IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Indore, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, NIT Calicut, NIT Durgapur, NIT Suratkal and NIT Jamshedpur via campus placements.
