This acquisition is poised to be executed in the coming months, enabling Innomotics India to deliver an all-encompassing portfolio of motors and drives that mirrors the robust offerings of its parent company. For Innomotics India, this acquisition is a significant milestone that will greatly enhance its positioning within the electric motors sector. The integration of Low Voltage motors, including Geared motors into their portfolio, alongside High Voltage motors and Large Drives, will empower Innomotics to penetrate and dominate high-demand industries, including Metals, Mining, Water & Wastewater, Chemicals and Oil & Gas.
