The move comes as industries across India face increasing pressure to reduce service turnaround times and improve customer experience.
The expanded FSL network integrates fulfilment, service order management, warehouse management, and returns logistics. Established line-haul and zonal delivery partners support reliable distribution, while a dedicated fleet of vehicles and sprinters ensures same-day and next-day deliveries. Real-time Track and Trace capabilities allow clients to monitor orders from drop to delivery with downloadable proof-of-delivery PDFs.
YCH India leverages advanced IT systems, including WX3 dashboards covering inbound, outbound, and summary views, and Power BI dashboards for reverse logistics. The system enables end-to-end shipment visibility, automated part-number validation, carton ID verification, and checks for short or excess items, supporting vendor-managed inventory operations.
Over the past three months, YCH India has maintained a strong performance across key operational metrics, with on-time delivery consistently above 99% across major sites. Milk-run operations reported a 99.99% overall on-time performance, reflecting the network’s high reliability and efficiency.
