What I believe the biggest challenge is not gaining access to AI (there are lot of options available based on the user need) but the biggest challenge is connecting AI with the real context of the business like reliable data, established processes, decision rights, user roles, and accountability.

A disruptive replacement program may carry more risk than the business is willing to accept. At the same time, doing nothing prevents the organization from benefiting from AI, automation, and better digital experiences.
