Greater Noida: Eastman Exports Pvt. Ltd., an Eastman IMPEX Group company, has announced its entry into the monolithic construction segment with the launch of its new brand, VEKTOR, at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 in Greater Noida. The new brand marks a significant milestone in Eastman’s growth journey as the company expands its established expertise in steel formwork into next-generation aluminium formwork and monolithic construction solutions.
With decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing and delivering high-performance steel formwork solutions, Eastman has built a strong presence in the construction industry. As the sector increasingly moves towards construction technologies that enable faster project execution, precision, efficiency and greater resource optimisation, the company is now leveraging its engineering and manufacturing capabilities to address the evolving requirements of modern construction.
VEKTOR by Eastman has been conceptualised as a dedicated brand for the company’s monolithic construction portfolio, with a focus on speed, precision, quality and scalability. Backed by Eastman’s engineering expertise, advanced manufacturing capabilities and a dedicated state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, VEKTOR is being developed to cater to the rapidly growing demand for aluminium formwork and monolithic construction solutions.
The launch comes with the unveiling of Eastman’s newly developed Monolithic Formwork system, designed to enable faster and more efficient construction while delivering structural strength and durability. The system offers 200+ reuses, 60 kN/m² load capacity, superior surface finish and 100% recyclability, making it suited to modern construction requirements where productivity, longevity and sustainability are increasingly important.
The lightweight aluminium panels enable rapid installation and handling, while the system is designed to operate without the requirement of a crane, helping construction teams achieve greater efficiency and faster construction cycles.
Commenting on the launch, Gaurav Singhal, CEO, Eastman Exports Pvt. Ltd., said:
“The launch of VEKTOR marks an important new chapter in Eastman’s growth journey. We have built decades of expertise in steel formwork, and our move into aluminium formwork and monolithic construction is a natural evolution of our engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The construction industry is changing rapidly, with greater emphasis on speed, precision, efficiency and sustainability, and we want to be at the forefront of this transformation. VEKTOR represents our ambition to build a strong, scalable and technology-led presence in this segment. We are not simply entering a new category; we are building capabilities for the future of construction.”
The launch also represents a significant manufacturing milestone for Punjab, with Eastman establishing one of the state’s first dedicated manufacturing facilities for monolithic construction solutions. The facility is expected to strengthen the company’s ability to develop and manufacture advanced formwork systems while creating a dedicated ecosystem for innovation and production in the segment.
The strategic expansion reflects Eastman’s broader evolution from conventional formwork solutions towards a more comprehensive portfolio of engineered construction technologies.
From steel to aluminium. From conventional formwork to next-generation monolithic solutions, Eastman is building the capabilities to address the future requirements of the construction industry.
Speaking about the company’s participation at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, Singhal added:
“bauma CONEXPO INDIA is an ideal platform for us to introduce VEKTOR to the industry and showcase what we believe is the next phase of Eastman’s construction solutions business. This is a significant investment in our capabilities, our people and our manufacturing ecosystem. With VEKTOR, our objective is to bring together engineering precision, manufacturing strength and an understanding of on-ground construction requirements to create solutions that deliver measurable value to our customers.”
The launch of VEKTOR and its Monolithic Formwork solution underscores Eastman’s commitment to engineering faster, more efficient and future-ready construction solutions. The company plans to further expand its monolithic construction portfolio and strengthen its presence across domestic and international markets.
