Enerpac Introduces New Split-Flow Pumps to Simplify Heavy Lifting at Industrial Jobsites

New Delhi: Enerpac, a global leader in high-pressure hydraulic tools, controlled force products and heavy lifting solutions, has introduced two split-flow pump solutions designed to make demanding industrial lifting operations simpler and more efficient. The SFP-B Series Battery-Powered Split-Flow Pumps and SFP-D Series Diesel-Powered Split-Flow Pumps are built for multi-point lifting and skidding applications, particularly at remote jobsites and locations where access to conventional power sources is limited.

The two pumps are designed to operate in distinct working conditions. The battery-powered SFP-B Series offers a cleaner, quieter way of carrying out lifting operations with its built in battery power. The diesel-powered SFP-D Series is intended for demanding outdoor tasks that require strong lifting capacity and consistent performance.

The SFP-B Series Battery-Powered Split-Flow Pump gives operators greater freedom to carry out lifting work across a variety of industrial settings. Its built-in battery allows teams to get started faster and move between work areas with greater ease, offering a practical solution for jobs that require flexibility. The pump delivers up to 75 minutes of runtime at full capacity and operates at pressures of up to 700 bar, with four outlets to support multi-point lifting. A 150-litre oil reservoir supports demanding applications, while zero exhaust emissions during operation and lower noise levels make the system particularly useful in indoor facilities, urban worksites and other areas where operating conditions are tightly controlled.

The SFP-D Series Diesel-Powered Split-Flow Pump is designed to give operators the capacity and control needed for demanding lifting and skidding work in remote locations. The SFP-D Series is equipped with a 115-litre oil reservoir and built-in diesel power to support demanding lifting jobs. Its four-, six- and eight-outlet configurations give teams the flexibility to choose a setup that best suits their requirements. It delivers operating pressure of up to 700 bar and flow rates of up to 3.6 litres per minute, making it suitable for heavy-duty operations. Operators can also regulate the flow to suit each task, allowing them to better manage the pace of lifting. The pump also features forklift pockets, lifting eyes, an integrated handle and a parking brake to help crews transport and position the pump across demanding industrial sites, with optional wheels available for added mobility.

“Industrial lifting operations can be challenging, particularly when teams are working in remote locations or dealing with limited site infrastructure,” said Anindya Pal, Director, Enerpac India. “Our SFP-B and SFP-D Series give customers greater flexibility in how they approach these jobs. Whether they need a battery-powered solution for cleaner, quieter operation or a diesel-powered system for demanding outdoor applications, both pumps are designed to simplify setup and help teams carry out critical lifting operations with greater control.”

Both pump series expand Enerpac’s range of solutions for industrial lifting and skidding applications. Enerpac products are available through its global distributor network, with technical support and operator training offered through the Enerpac Academy, including its training centre in Bengaluru, India.
