Artec Jet India Debut Supports Shift Toward Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Digital Twins

Pune: Pelf Infotech, in collaboration with Artec 3D, announced the India debut of Artec Jet, an advanced SLAM-based LiDAR reality capture platform designed for industrial digitization and infrastructure-scale spatial intelligence workflows. The launch comes as enterprises across manufacturing and engineering accelerate investments in smart manufacturing, industrial automation, predictive maintenance and digital twin ecosystems.

The system enables rapid data capture across industrial facilities, utilities infrastructure, mining environments and complex engineering sites while supporting integrated digital workflows for inspection, documentation and operational intelligence. Built on Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) technology, Artec Jet enables real-time mapping without dependence on GPS or fixed reference targets. Deployment flexibility includes mobile, drone-assisted and autonomous robotic inspection workflows operating across hazardous and difficult-to-access industrial environments.

Speaking at the launch, Ajinkya Huddar, CEO & Managing Director, PELF Group of Companies, said: “Industrial digitization is increasingly dependent on accurate and scalable spatial intelligence. Artec Jet enables organizations to move toward integrated, site-scale reality capture workflows that support faster decision-making and large-scale digital infrastructure development.”

Andrew Varlamov, Sales Channel Director – EMEA Region, Artec 3D, said: “The industry is moving toward continuously updated digital environments where real-time spatial intelligence becomes foundational to industrial operations. India is among the fastest-growing markets for industrial digitization, and we are pleased to collaborate with Pelf Infotech to introduce Artec Jet to Indian enterprises.”

Denis Baev, Customer Experience Manager, Artec 3D, added:“Industrial enterprises are increasingly seeking interoperable digital environments where spatial data becomes part of continuous operational intelligence rather than isolated documentation workflows.”

The platform was unveiled at a technology event held in Pune in the presence of Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Medha Kulkarni and cultural researcher & Temple and Murti Shastra expert Shefali Vaidya, along with industry leaders, engineers and geospatial technology professionals.
