From graduating in Economics and completing your MBA in Marketing to becoming the CEO of Technomanya Solutions, how has your journey shaped your leadership and entrepreneurial mindset?
I always believed in working on ground equip you with right experience. I started my journey as a Sales Director in an organization which gave me complete freedom to grow my territory as CEO. My 6 years there actually taught me complete cycle and book of Business. So, when you become responsible for P&L in your early stage of career it helps in taking right decision.
How has your company evolved since its inception, particularly in the logistics and transport industry?
Started in 2012, Technomanya Solutions initially focused on providing GPS solutions to address real-time tracking challenges for corporate and logistics companies. However, the scope of our services expanded rapidly. We soon began to tackle a myriad of issues beyond mere tracking, including fleet management, fuel consumption monitoring, and even addressing real-time problems faced by employees. In several instances, our innovative solutions have prevented theft and accidents, safeguarding our customers’ assets and personnel across the country.
Can you share some milestones or achievements that you’re particularly proud of since starting Technomanya Solutions?
One of the significant milestones for us has been the rapid adoption of our Next-Gen AI-Based School Transport Software. When we started, we had only one school and 3,000 students relying on our IntelRide transport solution. Today, just two years later, we have expanded to 35 schools and almost 70,000 students. This growth reflects our unwavering commitment to children’s safety and security, a commitment that is mirrored in our app’s impressive 4.7-star rating.

Today, the majority of schools run different applications for various use cases such as logistics, transportation, attendance, and safety cameras.
