The first-ever i5 Long Wheelbase will be locally produced at BMW Group Plant Chennai and the deliveries will begin immediately.

Length: 5,175 mm, width: 2,156 mm, height: 1,520 mm and wheelbase: 3,105 mm make the first-ever BMW i5 LWB the biggest car in the segment with the most spacious cabin. The prominently positioned BMW kidney grille serves as the defining focal point of the vehicle’s front design. Framed by a wide surround and enhanced by BMW Iconic Glow contour line lighting, it creates a striking and sophisticated visual presence. The high-voltage battery combines compact dimensions with high energy density and it provides a gross energy content of 81.6 kWh. The BMW i5 eDrive35L has an exceptional range of up to 669 kilometres determined in the MIDC test cycle. The car comes with a complimentary BMW Wallbox charger with installation. It can be integrated at home to enable safe and convenient charging up to 11kW. The vehicle also supports up to 160 kW DC fast charging, enabling a 10% to 80% charge in just 33 minutes.
