LML Realty Builds In-House RMC Capability to Strengthen Industrial Project Execution

New Delhi: LML Realty, the real estate arm of the LML Group, has established an in-house Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) facility at LML Industrial Park, Jhirka Valley, Haryana, as part of its efforts to strengthen construction execution within the industrial development.

The facility will bring concrete supply capabilities within the project’s development ecosystem, supporting construction activities across the industrial park. RMC is commonly used in industrial construction for applications such as foundations, concrete flooring and roads, making its availability an important component of project execution.

The initiative aligns with LML Realty’s integrated approach to industrial development, which combines industrial infrastructure with factory construction capabilities. By developing in-house RMC capability, the company is strengthening its construction operations at the project site.

Commenting on the development, Yogesh Bhatia, MD & CEO, LML Realty, said, “Industrial development requires close coordination between infrastructure planning and on-ground execution. Building in-house RMC capability at our Jhirka Valley industrial park is part of our approach to strengthening construction operations. As we develop industrial infrastructure for manufacturing businesses, we remain focused on the execution capabilities needed to support factory development.”

The facility complements LML Realty’s factory development offering through its construction arm, LML Contracts. The company provides end-to-end factory development solutions covering construction, utility infrastructure and statutory approvals, with built-to-suit projects targeted for delivery in around 180 days, depending on project requirements.

With the RMC facility, LML Realty continues to build its execution capabilities at Jhirka Valley, supporting the development of industrial infrastructure and factory solutions for businesses looking to establish or expand manufacturing operations.
